We want every customer to be able to reach us and read this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, or large text.

The standard we build to

We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is our target, not a claim that every page is perfect.

What we do

• Every page works without JavaScript for reading. The phone number, hours, address, and all text are in the page itself.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard. A "skip to main content" link is the first stop.
• Menus and questions open with standard browser controls, so assistive technology knows what they are.
• Buttons and links are large enough to tap.
• Text and background colors are checked for contrast in light and dark mode.
• Every page is in English and in Spanish, and each page is marked with its language.
• We use no pop-ups, no auto-playing video, and no chat window that opens by itself.

How we test

Each kind of page is checked by an automated accessibility test every time the site changes, and a change that adds a serious problem is not published. Automated tests do not catch everything. We have not yet completed a manual review with assistive technology, and we will update this page when we do.
