This page explains what StormWaters Plumbing (StormWaters LLC) collects when you use this website, call us, text us, or ask for service, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you tell us. When you book or ask for a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the service address, and what you tell us about the problem. If you send a photo, we receive the photo.
• Calls and texts. When you call or text, we receive your phone number and the content of your message.
• How the site is used. After you first tap, scroll, or type on a page, we record which pages were viewed, which buttons were tapped, and how you reached the site, such as a search engine or an ad. We do not run these analytics tools before you interact with the page.
• Technical data. Our servers receive your IP address and browser type, as every website does. We use the IP address to limit abuse of the booking form.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not show third-party ads on this site.
• We do not use a pop-up to collect your email address.

How we use it

We use what you give us to answer you, schedule and do the work, send an estimate or invoice, and follow up on the job. We use site usage data to learn which pages help people and which do not.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only what each one needs:

• our scheduling and invoicing software, which holds customer and job records
• our email and text message providers, which deliver messages about your request
• our call tracking provider, which connects calls to the way the caller found us
• our analytics providers, which report how the site is used
• a bot-protection service, which checks that the booking form is filled in by a person
• our financing partner, only if you choose to apply, and then you give your information to them directly

We also share information when the law requires it.

Text messages

If you text us or give us your number, we may text you about your request, such as a reply to your question or a note about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We keep records that the law or our accounting requires us to keep. To make a request, use the details on the contact page.

Children

This site is for adults who own, rent, or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

When we change this policy, we change the date at the top of this page.
